One of the few places you can find a rare Ghost Orchid, Big Cypress National Preserve is a freshwater wetland with cypress domes and prairies that nurture a wide range of wildlife. The Preserve is popular for off-road driving, kayaking, hiking, and birdwatching. It is also a critical habitat for endangered species, such as the Florida Panther.
